GMS
I have to tell you….
As an insurance broker I am always looking for companies that make sense, and offer clients real value. I have come to realize GMS (Group Medical Services) is an innovative benefit and travel insurance company in Canada, and they are in it to win it!
They seem to figure things out, much like I try to do.
As an example of the savings opportunities, their dental plan is a proven choice for a large family. As many as six can be covered for, really, the cost of three if you looked at individual rates in the market. The math therefore holds up – - great savings can be expected!
They also have a group plan for as few as three employees that is pooled with the country’s experience. It is guaranteed issue, and if the group is 10, the drug coverage is unlimited. Talk about innovative.
GMS does not operate on the Managing General Agency (MGA) system, and is therefore not offered by many benefit providers.
That is a shame! But, the good news is, you can find it offered here.
